About the job Head of APAC , Enterprise SAAS Sales

We're seeking a proven sales leader to own and scale our Enterprise SaaS business across Asia-Pacific. You'll build the regional GTM strategy, lead a high-performing team, and drive multi-million ARR growth with Fortune 500 and high-growth enterprises. This is a player-coach role for someone who thrives on closing strategic deals while developing regional sales infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth

  • Own APAC revenue target of $25M ARR for FY26, growing to $40M+ in FY27 with 40%+ YoY growth
  • Responsible for net-new logo ARR and expansion ARR across Enterprise & Strategic accounts
  • Define and execute regional GTM strategy across ASEAN, India, ANZ, Greater China, Japan, and Korea
  • Land and expand $500K+ ACV deals with C-level buyers in finance, retail, tech, and manufacturing verticals
  • Partner with Marketing to localize demand gen, events, and ABM plays for APAC buying committees

Team Leadership

  • Hire, coach, and retain a team of 8-15 Enterprise AEs, SDRs, and Solution Consultants across hubs
  • Establish MEDDPICC/Command of the Message discipline, forecast rigor, and deal inspection cadence
  • Build comp plans and career paths that attract top regional SaaS talent
  • Act as executive sponsor on top 20 accounts; lead from the front in complex, multi-threaded cycles

Cross-Functional & Strategic

  • Localize pricing, packaging, and product roadmap input for APAC regulatory & buying needs
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure >120% NRR and strong lighthouse references in region
  • Own relationships with key SIs, GSIs, and tech partners like AWS, Salesforce, Accenture to drive co-sell
  • Report on pipeline health, market trends, and competitive intelligence to global ELT

Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years leading Enterprise teams in APAC
  • Must have previously carried a $10M+ quota

Track Record

  • History of building 0$20M ARR regions
  • Closed $1M+ TCV deals with CIO/CTO/CFO personas

Domain Expertise

  • Deep experience selling horizontal or vertical SaaS into large enterprises
  • PLGSLG or pure enterprise background both work

Leadership

  • Built & managed distributed teams across 3+ APAC markets
  • Strong hiring brand in region

Skills

  • Expert in value-based selling, complex procurement, and legal/compliance navigation across APAC
  • Willing to travel 30-40% across region
