Outsystems Developer/Lead

We're looking for a tech-savvy leader to helm our clients Low-Code competency. You'll build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of OutSystems developers, reporting to the Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Evangelism

• Scale the OutSystems team through strategic recruitment and technical assessments
• Represent the company in the tech community to attract top talent
• Mentor team members and define technical career paths
• Foster a collaborative, innovative environment

Technical Quality & Ops

• Set and maintain high standards for OutSystems development and architecture
• Provide technical escalation and solutions for complex issues
• Optimize processes and monitor application health
• Drive performance reviews and feedback

Stakeholder Influence & Resource Management

• Influence technical decisions and build consensus
• Manage resource allocation across projects
• Identify technical risks and suggest innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience leading Application Management or Software Development teams
• Proven OutSystems expertise and Low-Code patterns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Agile methodology proficiency
• Ability to thrive in complex environments
