Senior Business Analyst

Overview

A well-established technology solutions provider is expanding its delivery and presales capability in Vietnam and is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its Ho Chi Minh City team. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, delivery, and presales—ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into practical technology solutions.

The Role

You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical delivery teams across multiple projects and proposals. The position combines hands-on business analysis with client-facing solutioning support during presales and implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and technical teams to support solutioning during presales engagements

• Contribute to proposal development and client presentations

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Conduct in-depth business analysis and document functional requirements

• Map and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities

• Produce functional specifications and solution design documentation

• Work closely with development and delivery teams through implementation

• Support UAT, ensuring delivered solutions align with business needs

• Provide user training and post-implementation support

• Track and report project progress and key milestones

Profile

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability

• Confident communicator in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving project environment

• Solid understanding of IT systems, solution delivery, and business analysis frameworks

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, technical)

• Background within an IT services, consulting, or outsourcing environment is highly valued

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to agile delivery environments

• Familiarity with SDLC and modern delivery practices

• Experience with data analysis or visualization tools

• Track record supporting presales or solution consulting activities

• Experience at Senior BA level within technology or IT consulting organizations
