About the Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and resolving technical issues for global enterprise clients. Youll act as the first line of support, ensuring customers receive timely and effective solutions, while continuously improving your technical and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to understand and troubleshoot issues.
  • Use diagnostic tools such as event logs and performance traces to identify and resolve problems.
  • Escalate complex cases when needed and maintain detailed documentation of all technical activities.
  • Analyze patterns, identify potential defects, and provide product feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate across technical teams to resolve cross-product issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) JLPT N1 or N2 preferred.
  • Comfortable reading English technical documentation and able to communicate in basic English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Keen interest in the IT and digital transformation field.
