Role Summary
Lead the foreign exchange investment strategy to optimize currency exposure and enhance returns for Investment Manager. Drive FX risk management, trading execution, and strategic partnership development to support the firms investment objectives in a global market environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement FX investment and hedging strategies aligned with firm-wide risk and return goals.
  • Monitor currency exposure, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
  • Execute FX trades, negotiate with financial institutions, and manage liquidity and counterparty risk.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, treasury, and risk teams to integrate FX into broader investment strategies.
  • Provide timely reporting and insights on FX positions, performance, and market outlook to senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FX trading, investment management, or treasury within financial services.
  • Strong expertise in FX markets, instruments, and risk management techniques.
  • Proven ability to analyze market data, develop strategies, and execute trades under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
