Physical Therapist

 We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary care team serving elders in a community-based program.

What sets this role apart:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm schedule

• No nights, weekends, or on-call

• Geriatric-focused care in adult day health and home settings

• Collaborative, mission-driven interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Massachusetts PT license

• CPR certification

• 12 years of geriatric experience preferred
