Registered Nurse (Full-Time | MondayFriday, 8am4pm | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays)

Overview:
Were seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team providing high-quality care to older adults in the community. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, strong worklife balance, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and develop individualized care plans.

• Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective services.

• Monitor health status, administer medications, and educate participants and families.

• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Current MA RN license.

• 2+ years of experience with the geriatric population preferred.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills.

• Local travel required.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

• No nights, weekends, or holidays
