Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spare Parts Branch Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership operations, with a focus on spare parts sales. They should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership setting and at least 3 years of experience in spare parts sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase spare parts sales and profitability

- Supervisor the day-to-day operations of the spare parts branch, including inventory management, sales, and customer service

- Ensure that the branch meets or exceeds sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

- Train and develop a team of spare parts sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to customers

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations

- Prepare and present reports on branch performance to upper management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership setting, preferably in a spare parts role

- Strong sales and customer service skills

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities

- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes

- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
