NewEast Isuzu KSA is a leading automotive company in Saudi Arabia, specializing in the distribution and servicing of Isuzu vehicles. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team in Jeddah.

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all warranty claims and processes for our Isuzu vehicles. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone with at least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Isuzu vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage all warranty claims for Isuzu vehicles, ensuring that they are submitted accurately and in a timely manner

- Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers to resolve any warranty issues and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation

- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures set by the manufacturer

- Train and support dealership staff on warranty processes and procedures

- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient warranty processes

- Keep up-to-date with the latest warranty policies and procedures from the manufacturer

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- At least 8-10 years of experience in a warranty administration role, preferably with Isuzu vehicles

- Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warranty management software

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus

- Must be willing to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
