NewEast Isuzu KSA is a leading automotive company in Saudi Arabia, specializing in the sale and distribution of Isuzu vehicles. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Isuzu vehicles to potential customers via telephone. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Isuzu vehicles and generate sales leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the company database
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Familiarity with automotive products and industry is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
- Saudi Arabian nationals are preferred
