Job Purpose:

 Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts.

.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories, including different makes, models, and compatibility.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately manage and maintain inventory.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and assist customers professionally and courteously.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience using inventory management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, as well as knowledge of proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, team members, and customers.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling hazardous materials.

Skills & Experience :

  • Experience working in authorized dealer or related automotive field
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Familiarity with automotive systems and components
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and schematics
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management
  • A passion for automotive industry and products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with inventory control systems

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in mechanical or automobile engineering
  • Experience: 2-5 years in parts sales
  • Industry Experience: Automotive, customer experience, or B2C sales is a plus.
