Job Purpose:
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts.
.Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories, including different makes, models, and compatibility.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately manage and maintain inventory.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and assist customers professionally and courteously.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience using inventory management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, as well as knowledge of proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and provide solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, team members, and customers.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling hazardous materials.
Skills & Experience :
- Experience working in authorized dealer or related automotive field
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Familiarity with automotive systems and components
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and schematics
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- A passion for automotive industry and products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with inventory control systems
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in mechanical or automobile engineering
- Experience: 2-5 years in parts sales
- Industry Experience: Automotive, customer experience, or B2C sales is a plus.
