Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for each product line, including efficient management of promotional budgets.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels, both offline and digitalby creating strong and aligned communication materials.
  • Initiate creative campaigns to boost brand exposure, attract consumer interest, and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and consumer behavior, then turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate various marketing activities, from events and promotions to collaborations, ensuring alignment and measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinker with strong communication skills and a good eye for market trends.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and dynamic targets.
