Key Responsibilities:

  • Support organizational development initiatives, including organizational structure updates, job description maintenance, and KPI monitoring
  • Manage the implementation of employee training and development programs, including schedule coordination, vendor management, and training evaluation.
  • Handle administrative processes related to OD & Learning, such as training documentation, attendance, feedback collection, and reporting.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, such as surveys, internal events, or corporate culture projects.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure development initiatives align with business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a reputable university.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an HRGA Executive or HR Generalist, preferably in an FMCG or start-up environment.
  • Strong knowledge across all pillars of Human Resources, with a focus on Total Rewards and/or Organizational Development.
  • Results-driven, people-oriented, with excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
  • Willing to work on-site in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
