Responsibilities:

  • Identify 50 NOO (New Outlet Openings) per day on competitor e-commerce platforms, send offer messages, and follow up up to 3 times.

  • Send offer messages and conduct follow-ups (up to 3 times) to existing resellers.

  • Create sales scripts and reseller program proposals.

  • Manage reseller orders from order placement, record-keeping, and finance submissions for invoicing, to ensuring goods are received.

  • Generate reseller sales reports and handle reseller complaints until resolved.

  • Prepare award claims for resellers who achieve gold-level targets.

  • Issue reseller certificates based on audit results, ensuring compliance with pricing standards and product authenticity.

  • Compile reseller data (NOO, store name, address, phone number) and issue official notifications regarding promotions or price standard updates.

  • Distribute Instagram or TikTok marketing materials from Newlab to resellers.

  • Gather competitor program information for evaluation and planning purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Associate (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in any field, preferably in Business Administration.

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in administrative roles.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
