Were looking for a KOL & Affiliate Lead who is passionate about building impactful partnerships and driving performance through collaboration. In this role, youll lead the strategy, execution, and budgeting of KOL and affiliate initiatives that directly contribute to sales growth and brand visibility. Youll be responsible for optimizing campaign spend, ensuring cost efficiency, and maximizing ROI. Working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and commercial teams, youll design and deliver campaigns that merge creativity, data, and business impact.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid affiliate strategies to achieve sales and ROI targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with affiliate partners and key influencers.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand network reach.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for effective campaign materials.
  • Set clear performance goals and lead a small team of affiliate executives.
  • Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • minimum 2 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze performance-based marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget planning, allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Creative, data-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
  • Willing to work from office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat.
