About the Role:
Our client, a well-established real estate developer with a growing commercial portfolio, is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team in Etobicoke. This position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their commercial properties. The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial property management, strong organizational skills, and a friendly, service-oriented approach to tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional communication

  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and site access

  • Track lease documentation, rent rolls, and tenant insurance compliance

  • Prepare tenant notices, correspondence, and reports as required

  • Support budgeting, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks

  • Maintain organized property files and databases

  • Assist with lease administration and renewals where applicable

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a property administration or property management support role, preferably in commercial real estate

  • Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and tenant relations

  • Friendly, professional, and proactive communication style

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
