About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Consultant to design, deploy, and optimize IBM Verify solutions (CIAM, Workforce Identity, Privileged Identity) for enterprise clients. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery—from architecture and integration to migration, modernization, and troubleshooting—while acting as a trusted advisor to technical teams and business stakeholders.

You will work closely with clients across multiple industries to implement IBM Verify On‑Prem and SaaS, conduct health checks, deliver workshops, and ensure secure, scalable, and high‑performing identity solutions.

What You'll Do

• Deploy and configure IBM Verify solutions (On‑Prem & SaaS) across client environments.
• Lead integration, migration, and modernization initiatives aligned with IBM best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, health checks, and technical workshops.
• Troubleshoot design, configuration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and C‑level stakeholders to define and deliver secure IAM solutions.
• Support hybrid‑cloud deployments and contribute to SOW creation (scope, estimates, prerequisites).
• Provide enablement sessions and guidance on IBM Verify capabilities.

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IBM Verify portfolio.
• Hands‑on experience with authentication, authorization, access control, and security protocols.
• Proficiency with Linux/Windows administration, scripting, LDAP/Active Directory.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and hybrid‑cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, VMware, and high‑availability environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client‑facing consulting skills.
• Ability to lead technical design, integration, and delivery across complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data, Red Hat OpenShift, Db2, Cognos, Watson Studio, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Background in solution architecture, secure backup/restore, and enterprise‑grade deployments.
