Content Marketing / Growth Hacker

Role Vision
We are seeking a Content Marketing / Growth Hacker who drives growth through content, decisions through data, and productivity through AI tools. You will build and scale multiple content verticals (spanning lifestyle, leisure consumption, food experiences, sports & fitness, and entertainment), while recruiting and managing external content creators to build a scalable content production engine.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual (Mandarin/English) communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with international creators and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to source, recruit, train, and manage external content creators across different verticals
• Proficiency with generative AI tools (copywriting, script generation, asset optimization, headline testing, CTA/funnel optimization)
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools
• Ability to manage multiple content lines and creator schedules simultaneously, with strong prioritization skills
• Proficient in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, content scheduling and marketing automation platforms
• Proactive, resilient under pressure, detail-oriented with strong content quality control and confidentiality awareness

Core Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage external creators across multiple content verticals; establish SOPs, quality standards, and KPIs
• Leverage AI to accelerate content production and A/B testing/optimization
• Develop content growth strategies for each vertical
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Oversee content review, performance tracking, and continuous optimization

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in startups, media, or international/cross-border teams; familiarity with the creator economy, AI marketing tools, or marketing automation platforms is a plus
