We are looking for a Senior Product Designer . A proven problem-solver with a deep appreciation for high-quality design execution and experience working with cross-functional teams within the professional services industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Be a key member of the design team, participating in every phase of the process from strategy to research to design.

• Provide feedback and insights on design best practices, and push to improve design workflow processes

• Collaborate and partner with the product and engineering teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for clients.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback

• Conducting customer interviews before, during, and after design production to ensure a perfect solve

• Take conceptual ideas and turn them into tangible digital experiences that are easy and delightful to use

• Create extensible design systems that satisfy both the user and authoring experience requirements for client products

• Develop design patterns for reuse and consistency

• Partner with members of our product and design teams to take UI from concept to completion

• Collaborate directly with end-clients on the various stages of design projects, including presenting design concepts backed by rationale

• Champion and implement design processes into agile software development cycles

Qualification Requirements

• Must be located in North America - US or Canada

• 5-6 years of Product Design experience with a proven track record of building beautiful visual designs and understanding client needs

• Experience with other design and prototyping tools; Experience using Figma required

• Strong knowledge of Figma

• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience in creating reusable design systems based on Atomic design principles

• Experience in managing design systems for large-scale enterprise projects

• Extensive experience in interaction, prototyping, and complex design systems

• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and the Next League leadership team

• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to constantly changing business environment, work independently, drive projects to completion, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

• Proven track record of at scale solutions for consumer facing digital experiences.

• Experience and passion for the sports industry is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and product owners

• Understanding of css/js/html

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Location/Work Hours

This role is 100% remote. The business working hours are 9am to 6pm EST.

Travel Requirements

This position is expected to travel 20% of the time.

The base salary range for this position in the US is $80,000 - $120,000 (USD). Salary will be commensurate with a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
