DUTIESESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Working directly under the supervision of the branch manager, the Customer Service Representative:
- Must answer the telephone
- Other duties include: scheduling, light office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in customer service. The CSR must have knowledge of computer skills.
REQUIRED
A high school diploma or equivalence is required.
