The CSR plays a very important part in the operation of a restoration office. The duties of a CSR are to answer phones, scheduling and any other tasks that the office may need, part time position Tuesday/ Thursday 8-5

DUTIESESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Working directly under the supervision of the branch manager, the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must answer the telephone
  • Other duties include: scheduling, light office tasks


QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in customer service. The CSR must have knowledge of computer skills.


REQUIRED

A high school diploma or equivalence is required.
