Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Robbinsdale, MN
Salary: $37.94 to $53.99 per hour, based on experience
Shift: Varied shifts, evenings and nights, 80 hours per two-week pay period
Weekend Requirements: As needed
On-Call: Off-premise call

Job Overview:
Perform MRI imaging procedures efficiently and safely for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics. This role requires accuracy in imaging, critical thinking in emergent situations, and professional interaction with patients, families, physicians, and team members. Responsibilities also include maintaining confidentiality of medical records, ensuring accurate documentation, and correctly utilizing imaging and hospital computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI exams according to established protocols, ensuring optimal image quality
• Apply critical thinking skills in assessing patient conditions and responding to emergencies
• Maintain accurate medical records and protect patient confidentiality
• Interact professionally with physicians, staff, patients, and families
• Maintain proficiency in required skills and complete ongoing competency updates
• Accept and perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year modality-specific experience (preferred)
