Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Coos Bay, OR
Shift: Days
Hours: 10-hour shifts, 80 hours per 2-week pay period
Salary Range: $41.00 to $63.00 per hour (union-based, non-negotiable)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Full-Time / $5,000 for Part-Time ($5,000/$2,500 for new grads)

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon - Required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred (new grads considered)
