Job Title: Registered Nurse House Supervisor
Location: Kane, PA
Salary: $32.00/hour + $1.75/hour night differential
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Two days on, two days off, three days on | 84 hours biweekly
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day care of residents and supervise LPNs and CNAs
- Administer medications and treatments, including glucose monitoring
- Transcribe and follow up on physician orders
- Update care plans, document resident changes, and coordinate transfers
- Lead post-mortem procedures and coordinate family and departmental notifications
- Conduct shift reports, manage staffing assignments, and maintain census updates
- Assist with orientation, evaluations, and in-service training for staff
- Ensure infection control practices and compliance with facility policies
- Collect lab specimens and supervise direct resident care when needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Knowledge of nursing theory, medical asepsis, and patient care equipment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to respond to emergencies and exercise sound judgment
- Proficient in EHR (Physician's Computer Company system preferred)
Physical & Appearance Requirements:
- Must maintain professional appearance (scrubs, clean shoes, name tag)
- Capable of lifting, bending, and supporting resident care physically
- Free from communicable disease; must pass employment physical
