Salary: $24.50 - $27.56 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-Hour Days) | No Weekends | No On-Call

Job Overview:

We are hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for Home Health positions in Lawton, OK. This role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and an additional $2,000 relocation bonus for candidates who move to Lawton (relocation must be within Lawton city limits, not surrounding areas like Elgin or Cache). PTAs will provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, offering care across a wide range of patient age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home physical therapy treatments as directed by a supervising Physical Therapist
  • Administer approved exercises and modalities based on patient-specific care plans
  • Document daily visit notes and discharge summaries accurately and on time
  • Travel between patient homes while maintaining a clean and organized equipment setup
  • Deliver care to infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
  • Ensure safety, comfort, and effective communication with patients and their families
  • Operate strictly within the scope of practice for a licensed PTA in a home health setting

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current PTA license in the state of Oklahoma (or ability to obtain before start)
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous Home Health experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Lawton if applying for relocation assistance
