Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis

Location: Roseburg, OR

Salary Range: $75,000 - $93,000 annually (based on experience)

Shifts: 3x12s, Days, Varying shifts

Position Overview:

This position is ideal for an experienced Dialysis RN ready to step into a leadership-supportive role. As a frontline care provider, you'll oversee a team and build meaningful, lasting relationships with patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). This opportunity offers the chance to make a direct impact on patient outcomes in a dynamic dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient care for chronic dialysis patients
• Supervise and support patient care technicians
• Conduct patient observations and manage dialysis treatments
• Take charge as RN when needed
• Set up dialysis machines and monitor vitals
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with patients and their families

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of chronic dialysis experience (required)
• Prior Charge RN experience in a dialysis setting (required)
• Experience with ICHD/PD/HHD preferred
• Skills:
• Familiarity with FMC and EMR systems (required)
• Willing and capable of functioning as a Charge RN
• Relocation:
• Open to candidates interested in relocating to Oregon
