Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Peterborough, NH

Salary: $26.98 - $43.17 per hour ($56,118.40 - $89,793.60 annually)

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week, 3 shifts)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality critical care in a 2-bed step-down unit with a 2:1 patient ratio. This role requires the ability to float to Med-Surg and regular ICU as needed. Candidates must have Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience and be prepared for hands-on training during a 4 to 6-week orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in accordance with medical protocols
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, administer medications, and provide injections/vaccinations
• Coordinate care with other shifts and maintain communication with healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and ANA nursing standards
• Maintain patient records using Allscripts Paragon EMR

Requirements:

• ICU or step-down unit experience preferred
• Ability to float between Med-Surg and ICU
• EMR proficiency required
