Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Peterborough, NH

Salary: $67,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Shift: Days, no weekends or holidays (37.5 hours per week, salaried position)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and provide therapy treatments for pediatric to geriatric patients in a rehabilitation setting. This role involves planning treatment, establishing goals, and collaborating with referring providers, patients, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide therapy treatments and assess effectiveness
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing
• Supervise and delegate tasks to therapy assistants
• Participate in department education, student training, and hospital-wide initiatives
