Location: Glendale, WI

Salary: $110,000 - $149,000 annually

Shift: Monday Friday | 40 hours/week | Operating Room hours: 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Description:

A high-performing, physician-owned surgical center in Glendale, WI is seeking an Operating Room Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of its 10-suite OR department. With over 575 to 625 surgeries performed monthly, this leadership role is pivotal in ensuring efficient, safe, and patient-focused surgical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Operating Room
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments for seamless operations
• Manage staffing, schedules, and resource allocation
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Support training, performance reviews, and professional development of OR staff

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active WI RN license (prior to hire date)
• Bachelors degree in Nursing
• BLS certification (within 1 month of hire)
• ACLS certification (within 12 months of hire)
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Advanced competency and training in orthopedic and spine programs

Preferred:

• CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
• Masters degree in a health-related field
