Shift Type: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12-hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed)

Salary & Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $24.48 - $39.16
• Annual Salary: $50,918 - $81,453
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
• New Grads: Paid higher than the minimum, determined by experience level during the interview

Role Overview:

The Med/Surg RN will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating total nursing care for assigned patients in a unit. Nurses will collaborate across shifts for continuity of care and adhere to ANA nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 6 patients per nurse, with 2 Licensed Medical Assistants (LMAs) per floor
• Provide injections, vaccinations, and monitor vital signs
• Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (Allscripts Paragon)
• Be willing and able to float without hesitation
• 4 to 6-week orientation before transitioning onto the floor
• Maintain nursing records, assist in education, and update policies and procedures
