Location: Peterborough, NH

Salary: $25 - $27 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no weekends or holidays)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an LPN Occupational/Employee Health Nurse to provide clinical and primary care services, case management, health assessments, and workplace safety evaluations. The LPN will work in Family Care, Orthopedics, or Internal Medicine, collaborating with employees, employers, and health professionals to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, diagnosis, management, and documentation of occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries
• Provide case management and follow-up care for workplace-related health concerns
• Conduct health hazard assessments and workplace surveillance
• Monitor and analyze injury trends and develop safety interventions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and workplace policies
• Deliver health education, counseling, and training programs
• Participate in research and policy development related to occupational health
