Schedule: 5x8 Hour Day Shift , No Weekends, 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Salary Range: $184,683.20 - $230,838.40 (based on experience)

Performance Bonus: Up to 17.5% annual incentive

Sign-On Bonus: Evaluated case-by-case

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to oversee and lead perioperative operations. This high-impact role is responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and clinical oversight of surgical services, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care. The ideal candidate is a strong, transformational leader with a background in surgical services and hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the surgical services department, including OR operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Partner with physicians, department heads, and senior leadership to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and clinical excellence across all surgical units.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, staff development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in hospital-based surgical services required.
• Strong understanding of perioperative workflows, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current RN license strongly preferred (may vary based on facility requirements).
