Location: Haskell, TX

Shift: 8-Hour Days, Monday-Friday

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 with service commitment

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join its growing therapy team. This full-time role primarily supports outpatient care with some inpatient and swing bed coverage. Its an excellent opportunity to serve a close-knit rural community while gaining broad experience across therapy settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy treatments for outpatient clients
• Support inpatient and swing bed rehab services as needed
• Participate in care planning, progress evaluations, and interdisciplinary communication
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with therapy protocols

Qualifications

• Active Texas PT or PTA license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

We are a 25-bed critical access hospital with a legacy of care since 1939. Located in Haskell, TX, the facility offers a range of services including CT, MRI, emergency care, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, cardiac rehab, pain management, and a rural health clinic.
