Location: Lawton, OK

Salary: $30.00 - $38.82/hour (based on experience; includes shift differentials and Clinical Pathway opportunities)

Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts, 05451800)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time Day Shift ICU positions in Lawton, OK. Join a high-acuity, fast-paced intensive care unit focused on delivering critical, life-saving care to patients across all age groups. This opportunity offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,000 relocation bonus for candidates who move to Lawton, OK (relocation must be within Lawton city limits to qualify).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver total nursing care for critically ill patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and use specialized equipment for patient support
• Document nursing care accurately and promptly in patient records
• Respond to life-threatening situations using nursing standards and protocols for treatment
• Educate patients and their families on the treatment plan and recovery process
• Participate in rotating weekend and on-call coverage as scheduled

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible)
• At least 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to act quickly in emergencies
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
