Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery/Obstetric

Location: Peterborough, NH

Salary: $28.90 - $46.23 per hour

Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics RN to join our 8-bed LDRP unit, where over 350 babies are delivered annually. You will be cross-trained in all aspects of obstetrical care and work in a collaborative team environment alongside a well-established OB/GYN and pediatric group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care for laboring patients, 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio during active labor
• Care for postpartum mothers and newborns with a 1:2-3 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assess, plan, and coordinate patient care while following best nursing practices
• Ensure patient comfort and individualized birthing experiences
• Document and manage patient information using EMR systems (experience required)

Requirements:

• AWHONN certification required
• EMR experience required
• No OR/C-section knowledge required
