Salary:

• Hourly: $31.00 $43.00 (based on experience)
• Annual: $64,480 $89,440 (based on a 40-hour work week)

Shift: 12-hour nights, 36 hours/week, every other weekend

Job Overview:

Seeking a Resource RN to provide professional nursing care across departments including Emergency Room, Med/Surg, Float, and PCU. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, autonomous, and confident in managing diverse patient needs in a small rural hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and revise care plans as needed
• Manage pain effectively and educate patients and families
• Administer medications safely following the six rights
• Assist with procedures and demonstrate strong clinical skills
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and monitor hemodynamic status
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Demonstrate flexibility and remain organized under pressure
