Schedule: Varied 8-hour shifts, Days/Nights (80 hours per pay period)

Hourly Rate: $35.82 $46.19 (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus:

• $7,500 for candidates with 1+ years of experience
• $5,000 for candidates with less than 1 year of experience
• 2-year commitment required

Position Overview:

The Surgical Technologist provides essential support to the surgical team, ensuring a safe, sterile environment and smooth operative procedures. The CST works under the supervision of the registered nurse and is responsible for assisting the surgeon, managing instruments, and adhering to all infection control and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during operations, including handling instruments, suctioning, and applying dressings
• Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques to ensure patient safety
• Manage surgical instruments and equipment before, during, and after surgery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes
• Adhere to professional standards, legal, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the Code of Conduct
• Report compliance concerns through appropriate channels
