Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Salary: $24.50 - $27.56 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-Hour Days) | No Weekends | No On-Call

Job Overview:

We are seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for outpatient roles in Lawton, OK. This is a great opportunity to support patients across all age groups under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in delivering personalized therapy treatments while ensuring a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Administer modalities and therapeutic exercises based on approved treatment plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all therapy sessions
• Accurately document daily therapy notes and discharge summaries
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy department environment
• Provide care to patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly
• Operate within the scope and limitations of a licensed PTA

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current PTA license in the state of Oklahoma (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
