Job Title: Director of Clinic Services
Location: Clinton, Missouri
Shift: Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility as needed
Weekend Requirements: None routinely, may vary based on clinic needs

Job Overview:

The Director of Clinic Services is responsible for leading, planning, and improving overall clinic performance to ensure excellence in daily operations and patient care. This role oversees multiple surgical and specialty clinics, including orthopedics, podiatry, neurology, ENT, urology, eye services, OB-GYN, and general surgery. The Director will engage staff, foster a positive and patient-centered culture, and oversee operational, financial, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily operations across assigned surgical and specialty clinics
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Manage operational, financial, and business development activities
• Cultivate a supportive, patient-focused work culture among staff
• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and policies
• Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to deliver coordinated care

Required Qualifications:

• Three to five years of physician clinic MA/LPN experience or healthcare leadership experience
• Strong customer service and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)

Desired Qualifications:

• Clinical management and provider-based clinical experience
