Location: Clinton, MO | On-Site Preferred / Hybrid Possible
Compensation

• Base Salary: $91k to $130k
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10 k
• Director-level performance bonus + full benefits package

Be the CFOs key partner, owning all core accounting functions while sharpening revenue cycle performance and guiding budget strategy for a growing community hospital.

Top Priorities

• Own the Books: Lead GL integrity, AP, payroll, fixed assets, and month-/year-end close.
• Maximize Cash: Drive revenue-cycle improvements that cut A/R days and boost net revenue.
• Plan & Forecast: Build annual budgets and rolling forecasts; deliver clear variance insights.
• Audit-Ready: Coordinate external audits, cost reports, and internal control enhancements.
• Lead & Develop: Mentor a multi-disciplinary finance team and foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ yrs directing finance teams or department-level scope
• 3+ yrs healthcare finance experience
• Proven record of improving close timelines, budgets, and audit outcomes

Preferred

• CPA license
• Masters degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with hospital ERP/EMR systems and cost-reporting
