Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) - ISUDT

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6 months, with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $67.00 - $69.00 per hour


Position Overview

A contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to join the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) program in a secure clinical environment in Corcoran, CA. This full-time role provides competitive compensation, weekly payroll, and potential for long-term state employment with full benefits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and provide clinical treatment, including brief counseling, group therapy, and individual sessions
  • Deliver services in alignment with ISUDT program objectives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate transitional care planning, linking patients to community resources upon release
  • Perform biopsychosocial assessments within the context of family, couples, and individual systems
  • Contribute to and maintain solution-focused, attainable therapeutic care plans
  • Document patient progress, coordinate discharges and transfers, and communicate with treatment teams
  • Attend case conferences, trainings, meetings, and perform other duties as required


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 12 continuous months of direct patient care within the last 3 years
  • Licensure: Valid MFT license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (hard copy required)
  • Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Identification: Valid Photo ID, Drivers License, or Passport
