The Role
As an Associate / Senior Associate, youll gain exposure to the full headhunting lifecycle while managing relationships and executing searches within one of our specialist practices. Youll identify and engage top-tier candidates, gather market intelligence, and work closely with senior team members and company founders to support high-level mandates.
Your work will directly contribute to the firms growth and market presence, reinforcing a community-driven approach to executive search in the clean energy and infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage senior passive candidates within clean energy, energy infrastructure, or sustainable technology markets.

Lead Generation: Source leads and market intel to support client development and business origination.

Search Execution: Deliver high-quality retained and contingent search processes using best-practice methodologies.

Deal Execution: Assist in structuring and negotiating recruitment deals.

Collaboration: Work closely with founders and senior advisors to refine search strategies and approaches.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key market figures to strengthen the companys network and brand.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in executive search or 360/270 recruitment.

Exposure to Energy, Infrastructure, or Technology markets preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with CRM and recruitment technology tools; interest in AI and process innovation.
