We are seeking a Senior Ionic Engineer with 6-8 years of experience who is passionate about building enterprise-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering high-quality apps, successfully deploying to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and working in cross-functional agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to build responsive and interactive mobile applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications, including development of prototypes and validation rules for user interactions.
• Implement and maintain state management, user interfaces, and application logic to deliver smooth and performant apps.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve performance issues, crashes, and complex bugs.
• Drive the end-to-end deployment of mobile applications to Android and iOS platforms across Dev / Test / Prod environments.
• Ensure timely and clear updates in daily scrum calls regarding progress, blockers, and deliverables.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements and acceptance criteria defined in user stories.
• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Own and guide the app submission process to Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with review guidelines and securing timely approvals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-8 years of professional experience in Ionic mobile app development.
• Solid track record in creating enterprise mobile applications with rich user experiences.
• Proven experience in deploying applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and managing the approval process.
• Ability to showcase published apps you have contributed to on App Store / Play Store.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (e.g., Redux / Context API), and performance optimization.
• Experience with ReactJS for web applications (big plus).
• Exposure to Flutter app development (plus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of native Android/iOS integration within Ionic apps.
