Virtual Appointment Setter

NextGen Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Appointment Setter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Virtual Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our team of real estate agents. You will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, using our advanced technology and systems to efficiently manage your tasks. Your primary goal will be to connect with potential clients and book appointments for our agents to showcase our properties and services. To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. You must also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Responsibilities: - Use our database and systems to reach out to potential clients and schedule appointments for our agents - Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner to build rapport and understand their needs - Keep track of appointments and follow up with clients to confirm and reschedule as needed - Provide timely and accurate reports on appointment scheduling and results - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment booking process - Stay up-to-date with our properties and services to effectively promote them to potential clients - Continuously seek out new leads and opportunities to book appointments Requirements: - Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and meet targets - Tech-savvy and comfortable using various systems and databases - Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
