Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads to schedule appointments for our real estate agents
- Maintain a high volume of calls and effectively manage your time to maximize productivity
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through excellent communication and customer service skills
- Keep accurate records of all leads and appointments set
- Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure a smooth transition for clients from appointment setting to property showings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using computer programs and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
