Position: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Elgin, IL (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Pay: $18.00 $26.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up production equipment and prepare raw materials for production

• Verify that the correct amount of materials are available to complete the production run

• Operate machinery and assist in the assembly of products

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Forklift certification a plus (can be trained)
