About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in professional staffing or managed services sales. This fully remote role is ideal for a true hunter someone driven to acquire new clients, build strong business relationships, and expand market share.

You'll be responsible for promoting innovative staffing solutions across the U.S., including direct hire, contingent staffing, and MSP/RPO models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new business with enterprise and mid-market companies (Fortune 1000 and beyond).

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal to client onboarding.

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with senior decision-makers (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW leaders).

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive client acquisition.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences (23 times per year).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years of success in professional staffing or managed services (MSP/RPO/VMS).

  • Proven experience acquiring new clients in the IT, Finance & Accounting, or Engineering staffing sectors.

  • Established network within the talent acquisition and contingent workforce community.

  • Strong relationships with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise levels.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow new business.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Tech-savvy comfortable with CRM tools (Dynamics), Zoom, and MS Office Suite.

  • Must reside within the United States and be able to travel occasionally.
