Position: Warehouse Associate / General Laborer
Location: Elgin, IL (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Pay: $16.50 $28.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping

• Load and unload materials and products

• Maintain organized and clean warehouse work areas

• Perform inventory checks and assist with stock control

• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
