Pay: $18.50 $26.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift)

About the Role:
We're seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team in the Elgin area. This role is ideal for reliable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Forklift Operators play a key role in ensuring materials and products are moved efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas

• Move materials to proper storage locations or production areas

• Inspect forklifts daily for maintenance needs and safety compliance

• Maintain accurate records of goods moved

• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification (training available in some cases)

• Previous forklift operation or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts

• Basic computer or inventory tracking system knowledge a plus
