About the Opportunity

We're seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative with strong technical aptitude and proven experience selling woodworking, CNC, or industrial machinery. This is a hunter-focused territory role covering Southern California, where you will drive new business, grow existing accounts, and present high-value capital equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business across California, especially Southern California

  • Conduct on-site machinery demos, evaluations, and product presentations

  • Build long-term relationships with manufacturing, cabinet, and millwork customers

  • Provide consultative, ROI-focused sales guidance for capital equipment

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity in CRM

  • Execute disciplined territory management to consistently achieve sales targets

  • Partner with internal engineering, service, and operations teams

  • Attend industry events, trainings, and machine demos at the Anaheim facility

Required Qualifications

35+ years outside sales experience in woodworking, CNC, or industrial machinery
Strong mechanical/technical aptitude; comfortable selling complex systems
Proven hunter with record of quota achievement and new logo acquisition
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Must reside in Southern California and commute to Anaheim as needed
Regular in-person client visits and regional travel required
