Pay: Up to $39.00 per hour (depending on experience and skill level)

About the Role:
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join a dynamic manufacturing team in the Elgin area. This role is ideal for individuals with precision machining experience who want to work in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications

• Program CNC machines and make adjustments as needed

• Monitor machine operations and perform quality checks

• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions

• Keep accurate records of production and machine settings

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role

• Strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and machining processes

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
